What does it cost?كم التكلفة؟
The Audit is fixed-price, starting from SAR 5,000 — quoted upfront, and intentionally easy to say yes to. Builds are quoted from what the Audit finds: fixed scope, fixed price, no open-ended hours.تشخيص الهدر بسعر ثابت يبدأ من ٥٬٠٠٠ ريال — يُعلن قبل البدء، ومصمّم ليكون قراراً سهلاً. والبناء يُسعّر بناءً على نتائج التشخيص: نطاق وسعر ثابتان، بلا ساعات مفتوحة.
Is my data safe?هل بياناتي آمنة؟
Yes. We work under a data-processing agreement, keep handling to the minimum needed, and design every system in line with PDPL requirements. What data do you need from us?ما البيانات التي تحتاجونها منّا؟
Twelve months of your operating data as it is — orders, deliveries, invoices — exported from Excel, your ERP, or even paper we digitize. No system changes are needed before the diagnosis.بيانات اثني عشر شهراً كما هي: الطلبات والتسليم والفواتير — من إكسل أو نظامكم الحالي أو حتى الورق (نتولّى رقمنته). لا نطلب تغيير أي نظام قبل التشخيص.
We already run an ERP — does this conflict with it?لدينا نظام ERP — هل يتعارض معه؟
No. We work with what you already have: we read from your current systems and automate around them. How long until something is actually running?متى يعمل أول إصلاح فعلياً؟
The Audit itself takes 3-5 days. If you choose to build, the costliest fix goes live within 2-4 weeks — then we hand the system to your team.التشخيص نفسه يستغرق ٣-٥ أيام. وإن قرّرت البناء، يعمل إصلاح الهدر الأعلى كلفة خلال ٢-٤ أسابيع — ثم نسلّم النظام لفريقك.

A traditional consultancy hands you recommendations and leaves. We prove the waste from your own data, rank it in SAR, then build the fix and hand it over — at a fixed scope and price, not open-ended hours.
